Description

School holidays bring excitement but can also feel strange and uncertain without the normal routine. This story shows how kids can help plan out their break time. It has calendars for December and January to write or draw favorite activities like holidays, playing with cousins or camping so the child can prepare themselves and feel calm about upcoming events. Pictures and words help kids know what fun thing comes next each day. Not everyone likes long stretches without school schedules and familiar rules. Calendars allow kids some say by showing the coming days off clearly, and upcoming events like Christmas and New Year’s. Kids gain control preparing for the holidays, settling uncertainty. Together families enjoy precious end-of-year time even more knowing kids helped set activities ahead.
